Service Agreement
When you request a service, we provide a clear quote. Work begins only after your agreement. All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals at SRC Plumbing and Heating.
Pricing and Estimates
All estimates are free and valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen conditions are found during service. We will contact you before any additional charges are made.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute changes may incur a fee if we can’t reassign the technician.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Invoices are sent via email after service completion.
Liability and Warranty
We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on all repairs and installations. This does not cover damage due to misuse, natural disasters, or lack of maintenance.
Customer Conduct
We expect respectful communication. Harassment, threats, or disruptive behavior may result in cancellation of service without refund.
Prohibited Use of Website
You may not use our website for illegal purposes, spam, or to harm our systems. Any misuse may result in account suspension or legal action.
Intellectual Property
All content on the SRC Plumbing and Heating website—text, images, logos—is our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without written permission.
Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises, we encourage you to contact us directly. If unresolved, disputes may be settled through small claims court in the jurisdiction where the service occurred.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where SRC Plumbing and Heating operates. Any legal action must be filed in the appropriate court within that state.
